Queere Geschichten und Perspektiven sind in Chemnitz noch wenig präsent –und gemeinsam mit der CREATE.U Projektgruppe möchten wir das verändern. Zum Auftakt präsentieren wir in Kooperation mit dem Jugendprogramm der Kulturhauptstadt 2025 den preisgekrönten Film „Porträt einer jungen Frau in Flammen“ im Kino Metropol.Im Anschluss laden wir zu einer Diskussion ein. Im Rahmen des Weltfrauentags soll auf dieses wichtige Thema aufmerksam gemacht werden.
Queeno dedicated to International Women's Day
Queer stories and perspectives are still not very present in Chemnitz – and together with the CREATE.U project group we want to change that. To beginn wich, we will show the award-winning film "Portrait of a Lady on Fire" at Kino Metropol, in cooperation with the youth program of the European Capital of Culture 2025. After the screening, we invite everyone to a discussion. On the occasion of International Women's Day, we aim to raise awareness of this important topic.
